The Governing Body administers the affairs of the Society in accordance with its Memorandum of Association and the Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act, 2012.

Governance

HERS is governed by a General Body and a Governing Body, with defined powers and duties set out in its Rules and Regulations. The Governing Body supervises the activities of the Society and oversees its research, training and community programmes.

Membership

The Society includes Founder Members and other categories of members admitted by the Governing Body. Members contribute to fulfilling the aims and objectives of the Society through their professional and voluntary engagement.
